Convening of the XXIII Ordinary General Meeting of BRE Bank SA
The Management Board of BRE Bank SA, acting on the basis of Art. 399 § 1
of the Commercial Companies Code and § 10 section 1 of the By-laws of
the Bank, is hereby calling the XXIII Ordinary General Meeting (the
“OGM”). Text of the announcement on calling the OGM constitutes
enclosure to this report.
Legal basis: § 38.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated
19 November 2009 regarding current and interim reports published by
issuers of securities and the terms of considering as equivalent any
information required by the laws of any non-member state.

Poland, and after publication thereof. In relation to the Offering in
Poland as well as applying for admission and introduction of the Bank’s
securities to trading on the WSE, the Bank will make the Prospectus
available on its website (www.brebank.pl) and on the website of Dom
Inwestycyjny BRE Bank S.A. (www.dibre.com.pl).
